Each grade includes all printed materials, as well as online Q&A session, with further access to online media content. While there is no exam to complete, Thrive will award a certificate for each grade completed. Click on the grade below to discover the modules and course content. Grades can be completed in any order but in terms of timing, we suggest starting Earth around the Winter Solstice, Water around the Spring Equinox, Fire around the Summer Solstice, and Air around the Autumn Equinox. Sound and Light can be undertaken at any time. Anticipate around 3 months per grade to complete.
